At St Christopher’s & Montgomery Road, our pupils learn about E-Safety through our PSHE and ICT curriculum, along with Internet Safety events, assemblies and guest speakers. Pupils know to report any inappropriate content, contact or conduct they encounter online to an adult, which is then passed on to our Designated Safeguarding Officers.
We also encourage parents/carers to talk to their children about how to behave safely when online, to ensure pupils remain safe when browsing at home. We are currently organising an informative E-Safety day for parents and pupils to take place during the Summer Term 2017. There are several websites which offer support to parents which we recommend you visit.
